Quincy Media has both the ABC and NBC affiliations (among others) in Fort Wayne. They have ABC on WPTA (21.1) with NBC on digital 21.2. Lots of moves there, so let's break this down:
Payton Domschke will be leaving 'ABC21' on Sunday December 8. Ms. Domschke will join Tegna's WVEC-TV (Channel 13) in Norfolk, Virginia as their weekend morning meteorologist.

Scott Huber's 3 Towers Broadcasting Company, LLC closes on the $533,000 sale of Hot AC/WROI (92.1fm, Rochester) from Bair Communications, Inc. In a separate transaction, Mr. Huber's Real Radio, LLC paid $55,000 (property) and $15,000 (transmitter site) from Bair Communications, Inc.
Where Are They Now? Former WBYT morning co-host Jim Mackey now programs and does mornings at KUSO (92.7fm) in Norfolk, Nebraska.
Northwest
Standard Media Group will pay $64.2 million to purchase 15 radio and 11 television stations from Bill Christian and Mike Reed’s Sound Communications. This will impact several Lafayette area radio and TV stations, all under the 'Star City Broadcasting' banner:

Mr. Mancuso last worked for Nexstar sister WIVB-TV/WNLO-TV in Buffalo, New York. Of note, Chicago media guru Robert Feder mentioned in his column that Mr. Mancuso worked twice in the Windy City: Once as VP/Programming and Promotions for WPWR-TV (Channel 50, Gary) and WFLD-TV (Channel 32), and he also spent 18 years at WGN-TV (Channel 9) in Chicago, rising to station manager, both of these according to
Cumulus' CHR/WZPL (99.5fm, Greenfield) MD/afternoon host Dylan Salisbury exits. However, Mr. Salisbury remains with Cumulus and becomes PD at CHR/KKMG (98.9fm) in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Way Media closes on their $150,000 purchase of WUEV (91.5fm, Evansville) from the University of Evansville. On Tuesday November 26, WUEV ended their programming under U of E, which consisted of jazz throughout the day, pop hits in the evening and a rotating format in late nights. The Contemporary Christian format on Way Media radio stations now appears on WUEV, WDKS-HD2 (106.1fm-HD2) and translator W220DV (91.9fm, Evansville).
That evening, we listened online from our home base in Fort Wayne, but the online stream ended for us about 10 minutes before midnight, Central time. So we're unsure what the last song played was, or if the students said anything on the air.
Midwest Communications' AC/WIKY (104.1fm, Evansville) flips to all Christmas music. Also, Townsquare's AC/WJLT (105.3fm, Evansville) flips to all Christmas music.
Sean Duncan returns to Ad-Venture Media's Classic Hits/WQRK (105.5fm, Bedford) as PD and morning show host. Before returning to WQRK, he was the sports editor for the Bedford Times-Mail.

She took two sobriety tests and both registered her BAC at 0.19 (Indiana legal limit: 0.08). She will have her next court date on Wednesday December 4.
