Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® 2025 Annual Membership Meeting will return to Springfield Country Club on October 22nd!
The Association is excited to welcome Regina Bryan as this year's keynote speaker - a powerhouse coach, speaker, entrepreneur, and emotional intelligence specialist who’s on a mission to help professionals unlock their greatest competitive advantage: themselves. With over a decade of experience in personal development, Regina brings science-backed tools, compelling stories, and practical strategies that drive measurable results. In 2022, she co-founded the EQ Project with world-renowned coach Paul Martinelli to provide groundbreaking emotional intelligence tools for teams and coaches.
Her talk, “The YOU Factor,” is a dynamic, emotionally intelligent keynote designed specifically for REALTORS®. In a market where buyers and sellers aren’t just choosing homes—they’re choosing you—this session will show you how to elevate your presence, communication, and client relationships. Rooted in self-awareness and emotional intelligence, “The YOU Factor” helps you tap into the power of who you are—not just what you do—so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. “The YOU Factor” reveals why your greatest asset isn’t your title, talent, or to-do list, it’s your self-awareness, your presence, and how you make others feel.
Alongside Regina Bryan, there will be an Affiliate Expo featuring over 15 vendors, door prizes, an induction ceremony of the 2025 REALTOR® Emeritus class, a recognition ceremony of the 2025 Leadership Development Program graduates, a recognition ceremony of the 2025 “Making a Difference: Community Service Awards” winners, networking with fellow members, and more!

SRA: Official Air Base Redevelopment Map Approved in Horsham
A redevelopment process that has taken years is moving forward in Horsham Township. Township officials recently rezoned the former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, and have now adopted an official map for the 862-acre site off Route 611. The map identifies the locations of public lands and facilities like streets, trails, water and sewer infrastructure, and more. The former base was closed in 2011 and the official redevelopment plan for the site was federally approved in 2012. Horsham Township Manager William T. Gildea-Walker said that the recent zoning change was a signal to the Navy that the township is taking steps to move forward with the redevelopment as they continue to negotiate the land transfer, while protecting the land from warehouse or other industrial type development in the meantime. The next step in the process is a comprehensive rezoning of the base to align with the uses outlined in the plan.
