VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!

Tunaless Salad

recipe courtesy of Down Home Vegan, featured on Feed Me Vegan
makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 c Just Mayo
Splash pickle juice
1 T dill relish
1/2 t-1 tsp dried dill
sea salt and black pepper to taste
If desired:
1/2 finely chopped onion
1-2 finely chopped stalks of celery

Directions:
Mash chickpeas, or pulse a few times in a food processor. Mix with all other ingredients and season to taste. Serve on bread, buns, lettuce leaves, or plain! Enjoy!
