Date: Wednesday, January 28, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Student Union Ballroom
The Center for Student Engagement at SUNY New Paltz is excited to invite you to participate in our Spring 2026 Involvement Expo. This event is designed to introduce students to the clubs, organizations, and campus resources that help shape our vibrant New Paltz community.
The Expo will take place on Wednesday, January 28th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Student Union Ballroom with set up beginning at 1:00 PM.
This is a valuable opportunity to increase visibility, recruit new members, and connect directly with students at the start of the spring semester.
Registration Details
Registration for the Spring Involvement Expo will open on December 15th at 9:00 AM and will close on January 12th at 5:00 PM, or earlier if we reach the maximum capacity for the venue.
Table locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. While completing the registration form is required, it does not guarantee a table, as space is limited. Organizations that receive a table will be notified via a confirmation email. Please note that each table will be shared between two organizations.
