Program Updates!
The start of NESA's Fall 2024 Registration was a huge success, with several hundred people signing up in-person and online, day one. We were excited to see so much interest in our programs and were overwhelmed with the positive feedback and interest regarding all of our workshops, presentations and programs we are offering next season.
We understand that not everyone was able to make it into their activities due to the high volume of registrants. As a result, our Programming Team has been working away at trying to secure more program options for its membership. Please keep checking our online course catalog for more additions and offerings over the coming weeks.

Suspension and Interval Training Program Alternatives:
7:15s with Jollean
Want to kickstart your day with an early morning workout? Join Jollean for an action-packed workout which will include the use of suspension trainers and interval and circuit work. This full body workout will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day ahead. All fitness levels welcome but please note that there is a fair amount of cardio/aerobic activity, and this workout may include floor work.

Fit For Your Life: A Message from the Instructor Falon
Hello NESA Members! If you weren't able to register for my Monday or Wednesday 9:45am Fit For Your Life program, I wanted to let you know that there is still space in the class before this at 8:30am, called Cardio Plus.
The Cardio Plus class has all of your favorite moves from the 9:45am class but has a short floor-based part of the program towards the end of class. It is only about 15 minutes long and doesn't require multiple transitions up and down, once we are on the mat we stay there until the class is finished.
The exercises prescribed are still low-impact and modifications can be provided if you need some. Please consider joining me in the Cardio Plus class(es) so you can still get your morning workout in with the NESA Community!
