Gateway PO Closure Permissions Restored
Gateway Requesters and Receivers once again have permission to close Purchase Orders (POs), and departments are encouraged to review and close completed POs—especially ahead of fiscal year-end close—to prevent unnecessary liens from carrying forward on financial statements. See the memo below for a pre-closure checklist, training resources, and support information.

Additional dashboard glossaries will be released in the coming months.

Reminder: Journal Corrections for Retroactive Payroll Adjustments
| |
Some retroactive payroll adjustments processed by UCPath may reference legacy chartstrings that do not map directly to the new Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA). Departments may need to review these postings and, if needed, process a manual journal entry to move the expense to the appropriate chartstring.
