| Last Day to Comment on the Future of the Survey Research Lab
Since 1995, the Survey Research Lab (SRL), now housed within the Office of Research, has been conducting survey research and analysis for PSU researchers and a wide range of outside organizations. Dr. Debi Elliott, who has been the Director of the SRL since 2002, recently started a position with Multnomah County, though she is still working with us on a limited part-time basis. This transition, along with trends in survey research practices, provides an opportunity for our office to re-think the services provided by the SRL.
For those of you who are not familiar with the SRL, their services include survey implementation and data collection (phone, mail, intercept, and online), consultation on project planning and design, survey and questionnaire development, human subjects application processing, data entry, data coding, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, report writing, trainings and presentations, and conducting focus groups.
To help in planning the future of the SRL, please comple this short survey (PSU SRL Survey) by May 2. It should only take about 5 minutes. Your input, whether you have used the SRL or not, is very important to the planning process.
