New Nonprofit Program Offerings Coming Fall 2024!

Our team has been diligently crafting new programs and events to enrich your experience with MC and support your valuable work. As we look ahead to the fall, we're thrilled to hint at some exciting upcoming initiatives and opportunities with you. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we invite you to share your ideas and suggestions for future topics we include in our events and programs. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful impact in our communities.

We are thrilled to announce that we are hard at work on a brand-new event format, designed to deliver timely and impactful discussions about the nonprofit sector. This event will also provide a unique opportunity for you to connect with peers from various organizations.

Stay tuned for more details coming this summer. We can't wait to share what we have in store!

NEW Professional Development Classes

Our team has been hard at work to create new professional development classes that discuss different functional areas that are important to nonprofit organizations. These classes will help you hone your understanding even further about these functional areas and will be a great opportunity for new organizational staff members and experienced professionals.

Our first new class on Nonprofit Finance will arrive this fall. Registration will be available this summer!

Nonprofit Leadership Institute

East County Education Center Opened April 1, 2024

Earlier this year, Montgomery College officially opened the East County Education Center (ECEC). The ECEC brings Montgomery College’s unique services and academic programs to the residents of the East County to expand access in this region and to serve as an anchor institution in the community.

The ECEC is offered a few classes this spring semester, and a more robust schedule will be launching later this year. The site features 11 classrooms, 10 labs, Raptor Central, and a Community Engagement Center, among other great facilities.
