New dining experience coming to Morris Inn

On Monday (Nov. 4), a five-month renovation project began at the Morris Inn to expand Rohr's. The restaurant will reopen in spring 2020, and will offer a modern tavern concept unique to Notre Dame and South Bend, taking cues from restaurants such as Chicago’s Swift and Sons and Pacific Standard Time and New York City’s Gramercy Tavern. Alumnus finds himself back at St. Adalbert Catholic School 

Andy Miles ’17, while vice president of Fisher Hall, helped to organize the Fisher Regatta boat race on St. Mary’s Lake. The race helped raise money for St. Adalbert Catholic School, where Andy tutored and taught Sunday school. He’s back there again, this time as a math and science teacher. (More...)

Procurement team works to increase small and diverse suppliers in bidding processes

With the help of several campus partners, the procurement team recently created and is now implementing a Master Subcontracting Plan aimed at increasing the participation of diverse and small businesses in the University’s RFP (request for proposals) process. This process allows businesses to bid on providing supplies or services to various campus departments. (More...)
