Snite Salon Series

Join fellow art lovers in the galleries for an in-depth discussion of a great work of art by American artist Peter Voulkos, titled “Notre Dame, 2001.” Convenient, free parking available in the Bulla Road Lot off of Twyckenham Drive. A shuttle runs continuously between the lot, Hesburgh Library and the museum until 7:45 p.m.

Closures, Openings, Limited Hours and Cancellations

Summer Hours at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center

The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center Ticket Office will be closed through Sunday, July 7. From July 8 through Aug. 5, the ticket office will be open during the following hours: Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. and one hour prior to ticketed events. Event tickets are still available for purchase on our website, performingarts.nd.edu. Presenting Series season tickets go on sale July 29.

SAO Closing for Staff Retreat

The Student Activities Office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, June 10 and 11, for a staff retreat. The office will reopen to normal business hours on Wednesday, June 12.

Enrollment Division Closure

Enrollment Division offices will be closed for an all-hands meeting. Division offices include: AVP of Undergraduate Enrollment, Financial Aid, Outreach and Engagement Recruitment, Pre-College Programs, Recruitment and Communications, Shared Services, Student Accounts, Student Employment, and Undergraduate Admissions.

Thrive! Presents Yoga on South Quad

Join Thrive! for a special free outdoor yoga class with Steve Krojniewski, a RecSports instructor and founder of True Balance Yoga. Beginners are welcome. Mats will be provided. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside. Register online.

American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid

Tech Upgrades and Service Interruptions

Enroll in Okta — the New Two-step Login

Okta, the new two-step login service, will replace the existing service (Duo) on Monday, July 29. To prepare for this transition, all faculty, staff and students must enroll in Okta and select the preferred devices required to complete the two-step login process when Okta goes live. Enrolling in Okta before July 29 ensures immediate access to ND services like Gmail, Google Apps, Sakai, Box, etc.

The University will host a career fair to fill over 40 full- and part-time positions as well as temporary positions. Free parking for those attending the fair. Sakai Tip: Setting Up New Course Sites

Course sites for the summer and fall semesters are now in Sakai. You can import files, assignments and quizzes from other course sites by using Sakai’s Import from Site feature.
