Eva Angelina Romero is a resilient entrepreneur, community leader, and inspirational speaker whose journey began in the most unexpected of places—married at just 14 years old. Her story is one of grit, perseverance, and transformation.
A proud Los Angeles native and graduate of California State University, Northridge, Eva later pursued postgraduate studies in business and entrepreneurship at top universities. Her early career as an educator in LA’s inner-city schools allowed her to inspire young minds through business and leadership development.
In 2012, she relocated to Nashville and has since become a powerhouse in business and real estate. Eva is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Capital Properties and co-owner of Solace Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center. She leads with courage, collaboration, and compassion—empowering teams and individuals to grow, lead, and succeed.
Eva’s leadership extends far beyond the boardroom. She is the founding president of NAHREP Nashville (2016–2018) and currently serves on several boards including the national NAHREP board, Greater Nashville Realtors, the American Red Cross, the ELLA organization, and the TLAF Foundation.
She was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to serve as a Commissioner on the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), where she helps shape affordable housing policy statewide.
Through every role she holds, Eva champions opportunity, equity, and education—using her voice to uplift others, especially women and the Hispanic community. Her life is a testament to what’s possible when resilience meets purpose.
What is a personal piece of advice that you lean on and could pass on to others?
It's not what happens to you that matters so much, it's how you react to it that makes a difference!
Best business book you’ve ever read?
They are so many. Seasons of Life by Jim Rohn was life-changing though and Letting Go by David Hawkins!
One misstep you took in your business that you could caution others about?
Can't be the Jack of all trades. This year has been pivotal for us, hiring key people around us that are a lot smarter in some areas....and trusting the process, knowing that all good things come with time.
How to you de-stress after a particularly hard day?
Meditation, working out, and yoga!! I love to meet with myself and recharge at least once a day. I like to focus on my overall purpose on why I'm doing what I'm doing and enjoy the moment as much as possible!
What’s something about you that would surprise everyone reading this?
I think maybe my background. Not a lot of people know I was a child bride and my beginnings.
What part of EO are you most looking forward to this year?
I'm looking forward to connecting with more, new incredible entrepreneurs and like-minded individuals! I'm also looking forward to getting involved with EO Global! I'm also looking forward to serving on one of the committees with EO!
Any exciting plans for 2025?
Solace Implant Center and Oral Surgery is growing! We're looking forward to bringing additional services and moving to a new, larger location with incredible educational space and much more!
