Project chronicling Notre Dame stories of race to launch during Walk the Walk Week

The Klau Center for Civil and Human Rights will introduce the campus community to its "With Voices True" project with a launch event at the Hesburgh Library at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21. Attendees may explore the online archive and hear from the students, faculty and staff who created it. Audio and video booths will be available to contribute your own stories. (More...)

Wide-ranging Irish studies programming expands

The Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies may be the largest program outside of Ireland for teaching and research in Irish language, literature and life. Now, the the institute will expand its study of the Irish with the creation of a center to study modern Ireland. (More...)

"Accolades" is a NEW monthly NDWorks feature that lists faculty and staff accomplishments and recognitions that occur outside the University. Distinctions included in "Accolades" must be connected to a person's professional expertise or role at Notre Dame and submitted through a form (below). "Accolades" examples: A professor received a recognition from an organization in her or his field; an administrator presented at a national conference. Click for January's "Accolades."
