  • Resiliency and Community Support has launched a new Google Site for campus partners who need to reserve golf carts or radio rentals for their events.
  • The Department of Performing Arts and Technology has several holiday concerts this week, check out the full lineup!
  • Staff and students from WKNC, NC State’s student radio station, recently presented several sessions at a national student media convention.
  • The fifth annual Pantry Bowl will run through Nov. 30. Support the Feed the Pack Food Pantry’s mission to combat food insecurity at NC State.
  • Emails were sent to unit leaders on Nov. 11 soliciting the nomination of digital accessibility leads for each DASA unit. Unit leaders, please complete the nomination form by the close of business today.
  • There will be no Internal Connections newsletter the week of Thanksgiving (Tuesday, Nov. 25), and the last newsletter of 2025 will go out Tuesday, Dec. 8.
 
 
DASA Hours and Co-working

There is a DASA co-working session for employees across the division today from 1-5 p.m. in Talley Student Union, and a DASA Hours session with Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott tomorrow from 9:30-10:15 a.m. on the third floor of Park Shops.

Reminders

  • DASA Executive Assistant Signa Carter will be taking a relief trip to Swannanoa, NC, in one of the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Helene, and is seeking any and all donations, including gently-used hats, gloves, scarves and jackets for adults and children by Nov. 26. If you would like to contribute, please contact Signa as soon as possible.
  • Through early December, Campus Health will offer weekly flu vaccination clinics for NC State faculty, staff and students across both main and Centennial campus.
