Godfathers Pizza Invests in Owatonna's South Business District

Ambassadors visited with member business Godfather’s Pizza at their new location 116 Oakdale Street. Owner Brad Price bought the building that formerly housed Larry's Liquor and did a total renovation of the site including a drive-thru window.  Price has owned the Godfathers Pizza since the late 1980's and has renewed his commitment to the Owatonna market with this building purchase and renovation.  The new restaurant provides seating, modern amentities and the drive-thru. Thanks for re-investing in Owatonna!

'Spirit of Owatonna' To Feature Businesses Story

By: Brad Meier, President

It's seven months of pandemic and what do we have to show for it?  Luckily, there is a true spirit of Owatonna among our businesses.   What is the 'Spirit of Owatonna'?  It's the incredible stories our businesses have to tell of innovation, generosity, and caring through out these unimaginable circumstances.

Over the next month, we'll be featuring those great stories of businesses making a difference for our community.  You'll see articles, blog posts, social media and videos telling the stories.  We can't wait for you to see the amazing things taking place (If you want to see one cool story, see the 50 for $50 at the end of this email).
  • Was your small business impacted by the pandemic?  The Owatonna CARES Grant Round 2 is OPEN until October 12th.
  • If you're curious, Round 1 netted 66 applications requesting $641,000 in grant aid.  There is $940,000 in the pot...which is why there is now a round 2 for businesses of 100 employees or less.  If we don't use it locally, we lose it...
