Dear colleagues:
The Office of Management and Budget announced today in a memo (M-25-14) that Monday's OMB memo (M-25-13) pausing federal funding activity has been rescinded.
As we communicated on Tuesday, if you have received a stop-work order from a sponsor, you must honor that order and cease work under the grant and any associated spending. Otherwise, you may continue to perform work on already-funded federal projects.
We will continue to post relevant memos, policies and communications from federal entities on the OVPR website.
