Culligan ULTRAPURE Sponsors After Hours Next Week at Foremost

Join the chamber and member business Culligan ULTRAPURE on Tuesday, June 22nd for After Hours starting at 5:30 pm. Lawmakers Start Session; Trying to Avoid Shut Down

The biggest news so far from the special session of the Minnesota legislature is an agreement for an 'off ramp' on the eviction moratorium.  This agreement would provide for phase in options for landlords to evict tennant who don't pay.

Viracon Leadership Change

Recent changes at Viracon when Kelly Schuller announced he was leaving the company after 10 years as its president.  The new president listed on the Viracon website identifies Nick Longman has been named president this month. 

Fitness YPro Activity this Thursday

Join us for a Fitness Event - Bean Bag Tournament at Jaycee Park on Thursday, June 17th from 5 - 7 pm. Tournament play will begin at 5:15 pm at Jaycee Park pavilion. 

Cost is free to passholders and non-passholders. 

Committee will plan on doing a blind drawing for teams at the park. Tournament will be done by 6:30 pm, Prizes will be a couple of Old Town Bagels or SpareTime certificates.  Snacks will be provided & bring your own beverage.  

Interactive Parking Map Created for Summer Projects Downtown

Streetscape work on N. Cedar Avenue will beging on June 21st on the 300 block.  An interactive parking map is available to assist during the project.

Partial sidewalk areas will remain in place while the initial work is performed. 

'Big Cup' New Format and Fun 

The golf committee is planning the first ever 'Chamber Big Cup'.   Big Cup doubles the size of the cup (except on Par 3's).  Your golf game just got better!
Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the Owatonna Country Club.  Registration at 9 am, shotgun start at 10 am.

Congratulations to Del Point former Chamber Board member and Ambassador who will be retiring from Hillyard after 40 years of service.  
Best of Luck to Carla Brady, MainStreet volunteer,  who is retiring from U.S. Bank after 20 years of service.
