Daneng Li, MD, medical oncologist, is Co-Director of the Neuroendocrine Tumor Program at City of Hope in Duarte, California. He is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research at City of Hope, specializing in geriatric oncology and treating gastrointestinal cancers.
Dr. Li’s clinical and academic research focuses on the multidisciplinary treatment of patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Working closely with his surgical colleagues at City of Hope, Dr. Li is helping to better define the role of surgical resection in patients with advanced NETs. He also works closely with basic scientists at City of Hope in the development of novel therapeutics for the treatment of patients with neuroendocrine tumors.
