The GW Cancer Center is a training and technical assistance provider of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the GW Cancer Center Training and Technical Assistance  Advisory Committee (TTAAC), which brings together NCCCP recipients to inform and strengthen our training and technical assistance work. The committee will play a key role in shaping responsive, high-quality support for Comprehensive Cancer Control programs.

Our Colorectal Cancer Awareness Toolkit provides customizable resources to help partners promote screening and prevention throughout the month.

Our Cancer Prevention Month Toolkit offers ready-to-use social media messages, graphics, and evidence-based guidance you can share with your audiences to support prevention, early detection messaging, and community engagement throughout the month.

World Cancer Day on February 4 is a global initiative to raise awareness and inspire action in cancer prevention, early detection, and care. Visit the official World Cancer Day site for campaign resources and materials to support your outreach.

The Oklahoma Comprehensive Cancer Network developed a survivor-centered Cancer Survivorship Series grounded in lived experience and partnership. GW asked OCCN how they developed this series so other programs could understand and apply lessons learned.
