Student Life welcomes new VP
Denison has selected Ricardo (Ric) Hall to lead all aspects of Student Life on our residential campus, including health and wellness services, inclusion and belonging, community values and conduct, orientation, and campus safety. Hall brings a wealth of higher education leadership experience and says he looks forward to “partnering with the talented students on The Hill as we support them in the inevitable challenges and ultimately celebrate the successes that are sure to come.”

Professor emeritus lends his insight to PBS
For 40 years, David Baker taught the poems of Wallace Stevens to Denison students. PBS recently tapped the now-retired poetry professor to share his knowledge of and appreciation for Stevens’ work with a much wider audience, on an episode of “Poetry in America.” Read more about Baker’s contributions to poetic discourse, and support the funds established in his honor to help student writers.
