The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is pleased to introduce Lindsay Russell as our new Business Development Specialist for Homeownership and Iowa Title Guaranty programs. 

Lindsay is here to support all of your IFA homeownership program business development needs. From staff trainings to joint presentations and onboarding new team members, she’s ready to help ensure your team has the tools and knowledge needed to confidently serve Iowa homebuyers.

In addition to her role on the homeownership team, Lindsay also works closely with Iowa Title Guaranty (ITG). She’s available to answer questions about ITG services and can walk you through the advantages of securing coverage on every transaction - including how it protects your clients, why it matters, and how easy it is to incorporate into your workflow.

Whether you're bringing on new staff, scheduling a training or exploring how to make the most of our homeownership programs and ITG offerings, Lindsay is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic resource ready to support your success.
