This year’s gathering holds special significance as we honor Peggy Poole ’87 on her retirement after 22 years of dedicated service as a beloved French teacher and mentor. An alumna and parent of two graduates, Peggy has spent decades inspiring students with her passion for language and culture. We invite all alumni and friends to celebrate her incredible legacy and the season of renewal with the Brebeuf community.

We are excited to invite you back to campus for a morning of community and competition at the Family Fun Fest. On Saturday, May 9, we’re bringing together alumni and their families for a jam-packed schedule:

Get Moving: Participate in our 3K run/walk or cheer on the little ones (ages 12 and under) in the Fun Run.
Court Side: Sign up for the Tennis Tournament—we’re hosting both "fun" and "competitive" brackets!
Family Zone: Kids will love the remote-control car racing and our special Mother’s Day Creation Station.
Lunch & Legacies : Cap off the morning with lunch alongside a great lineup of current and past faculty members including Pat McCarthy, Bill Hicks, Pat Watko, Eric Graham, Sherry Annee, Alan Mensel, Layton Payne-Elliott ‘98 and more!

Event proceeds benefit the St. Ignatius Scholarship, providing critical book grants and lunch stipends for students with the greatest financial needs.

Erikka Yancy '94 is a story producer on the show, "Made for March" on Paramount+. "Made for March" features unprecedented off-court access, exclusive interviews, game footage and coverage of key regular-season, conference and postseason matchups in the Big12 and Big Ten. For the first time, cameras follow both teams across an entire season, capturing the intensity, pressure and passion on the road to and through the post-season. Dr. Jen Money-Brady ’02 is joining the Butler University College of Education as an Associate Professor in Counselor Education. A specialist in school counseling leadership and trauma-responsive care, Jen brings extensive expertise in online education and experiential learning to this new role.

John Brady ’02 is returning to Brebeuf as Vice President for Campus Operations. After nearly a decade of leadership as the Middle Division Head at St. Richard’s Episcopal School will now oversee the school’s physical and strategic growth, including several transformative projects, including the large-scale HVAC upgrades and the construction of our new Lilly Endowment-funded Performing Arts Center and Innovation Lab.

MC Swanson ’23 and her Alpha Chi Omega cycling teammates captured the team's first-ever victory in the 38th running of the IU Women’s Little 500. Building on a second-place finish last year, MC helped her team navigate a mid-race weather delay and a thrilling final sprint to secure the championship trophy and etch her name into Little 500 history.
