AP WorkFlow
Direct Deposit Information
You should be aware of recent improvements to the AP Workflow process whereby when an expense reimbursement or advance is requested, the system will be populated with employee data records (name, address, and banking information) directly from PeopleSync (Workday), eliminating manual entry. If you haven't already, you should ensure you've taken the appropriate action based on your preferred payment method:
- Direct Deposit: Update a new category, “USA-Expenses” in the Payment Election section of PeopleSync
- Physical Check: Confirm the accuracy of their mailing address in the Contact Information section in PeopleSync Replacement
We're in the process of finalizing the technology to replace AP Workflow and are close to the contract award. Once finalized, we will begin the official implementation, which is expected to take 12-18 months. We'll be working closely with schools and units during that time to capture their future requirements and understand their current challenges

Important Fall 2021 Student Billing and Payment Dates
Fall 2021 bills were issued to undergraduate students on July 15, 2021, and are due on August 3, 2021. De-enrollment for undergraduate students for the Fall 2021 semester begins on August 12th. The de-enrollment process involves reviewing the accounts of all undergraduate students who have not been satisfied (i.e., made payment arrangements or paid in full) their Fall 2021 financial obligation and determining whether there is justification to allow them to remain registered. Less than 1% of the enrolled undergraduate population is de-enrolled each semester.
De-Enrollment for the Fall 2021 semester occurs three times before classes start on September 2nd: 08/12/21, 08/19/21, and 08/26/21 and involves the collaboration of the Bursar’s Office, Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Residential Life, StudentLink, Global Services, and the Advising Deans of each school.
Tax Updates
