| Online HOA Account AccessThe Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association is pleased to announce the arrival of online HOA account access. Later this week, you will be able to go online to access your account information including your account balance, monthly assessment amounts, ACH information (if applicable), mailing address information, architectural and compliance notifications, etc. You will receive a letter this week with instructions for account access, including a website link, account number and password.

Volunteer Open House Thursday
Are you interested in doing more in the community? Want to get involved in a community group to meet more of your neighbors? Ken-Caryl Ranch has a variety of great community groups and volunteer opportunities throughout the year! Join us for the Volunteer Open House on Thursday, March 12 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Ranch House to learn more. We’ll have representatives from the KC Nature Programs, the Park Rangers, Ken-Caryl Parent Network, the Trails Committee, and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Senior Club on hand to answer questions about what they do and how you can be a part of it. Easter Egg Hunt March 29
Don’t miss out on our 13th annual Ken-Caryl Ranch Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Pat Lynch with Re/Max Professionals, The Ken-Caryl Parent Network and Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District.
Date: Sunday, March 29
Time: 11 a.m. -1 p.m.
Location: Ranch House Park
Easter Egg Hunts will begin at
11:30 a.m. for children ages 0-2
11:45 a.m. for children ages 2-4
12:00 p.m. for children ages 5-7
12:15 p.m. for children ages 8 and up
The Easter Egg Hunt is for Ken-Caryl residents only and is geared toward children ages 2-11. Please bring your own basket. Enjoy many family fun activities and raffle prizes including Easter Baskets and, of course, Easter Eggs. The Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos with your child. Make sure to bring your camera.

| Come Check Out Concept Design Plans at the Next Bond Projects Open House on March 18
There will be an open house for all residents to view bond project concept design plans on Wednesday, March 18 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Ranch House. This is a come-and-go style of meeting, so you can stop by any time during the three-hour time window. Free childcare will be available. If you would like to see a summary of comments from the Feb. 10 Open House, please see our Bond & Improvement Projects page. You can provide further comments to bondprojects@kcranch.org.

Street Repairs and Snow Plowing
Just a quick reminder that Jefferson County owns the streets on Ken-Caryl Ranch. Road repairs and snow plowing on the streets are done by Jefferson County, not Ken-Caryl Ranch. If you would like to report street repair or snow plowing issues, please contact Jefferson County Road and Bridge at 303-271-5200. The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District Parks Department is responsible for snow removal on Ranch-owned property only. Residents are responsible for shoveling their own sidewalks and driveways.

| Take a Night for Yourself with Kids’ Night Out on March 20Kids will go ‘coconuts’ for the WAVES AND FAVES themed evening of play and party on Friday, March 20 from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Ranch House. Take part in hula dancing, cooking projects, crafts, games and even watch a movie! This Kids' Night Out party is for 4-12 year old fun-lovers, and dinner is provided. The resident fee is $25 for one kid, $40 for two siblings or $65 for three siblings. Register online or over the phone at 303-979-4070.
