Curtis Lumber remains open for business. However, we are committed to the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and community and we are taking the following actions to ensure safety.

Effective Sunday, March 22nd, 2020:

  • All Curtis Lumber locations will have modified business hours:
    • Closed on Sundays
    • Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
    • Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

  • We will assist customers in the following ways Curbside Pickup or Delivery. We are open for business, but access to our retail floors and warehouses will be limited. Detailed information on these processes is below.
 
  • Our outside sales team will no longer conduct face-to-face sales calls. Communication will be done electronically, including quotes and estimates.
 
  • Accounts Receivables will be staffed for telephone calls only and can be reached at 518-490-1356. Please note all payments on account must be made over the phone, via mail, or on-line.

Pickup and Delivery Service Details:


Curbside Pickup Details:
To place an order, please contact us at one of our 21 locations by phone, or online at  https://www.curtislumber.com/locations/. If you arrive at the store before placing an order, our team will assist you outside the store, in the designated curbside pickup area. All curbside pickup orders must be pre-paid with a credit card or invoiced to a house account at the time of order. No cash or checks will be accepted. You will receive a phone call or text message notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. All pickup orders will be placed in an isolated customer pickup zone.

Delivery Service Details:
Curtis Lumber will be waiving all delivery fees within 25 miles. Our drivers have been instructed to maintain social distancing guidelines while making a delivery. Drivers will unload deliveries in a safe location but will not enter a customer’s home. Signature requirements have been waived and Curtis Lumber will capture photos for delivery verification.
