With about 50% less students living on the Eastside this year, it's more important than ever to take advantage of advertising opportunities in order to get your units filled.

Learn more about the Virtual Tour of Homes

The Neighborhood Housing Office will be partnering with College Pads to bring a virtual Tour of Homes program every Thursday throughout March and April.
We'll be hosting a webinar on January 27th at 1 p.m. to discuss this event series in detail and answer any questions. We will go over the program components and how to sign up.

Confirm your participation in UWM Off-Campus incentive programs by January 17th, 2021

Staff will be purging our participation lists this January to ensure the College Pads listing service and our website are accurate and students can count on a correct list of landlords that participate in the Preferred Tenant and Good Neighbor Programs. Anyone who does not confirm their participation by submitting the form at the link below will have their listing service badges removed from their listings and names and contact info will be removed from our website on January 18th, 2021.

Benefits for Participating Rental Companies

  • It's FREE marketing!
  • Landlords and rental companies will be listed on program pages on the Neighborhood Housing Office website.
  • Students completing the Preferred Tenant Program and seeking Good Neighbor landlords are likely to be more responsible and educated tenants.
