NEW FEATURES
What's new for editors
|
|
|
Filter media files by author
In the media tab, there is now a new field where you can search by entering the email address of the person who created that media file. Users can search multiple emails in the search field if they separate each email by a comma.
That way, you can see all of your (or someone else's) media files at once!
|
Archived meeting links now exist on the public bodies
As we finish migrations for departments and public bodies, we now have the capability of adding a path back to meetings not on SF.gov.
That path exists in the "Filters" box in each public body's "Past meetings" page. You can see an example on Entertainment Commission's past meetings page.
|
Other fixes
We've also made some accessibility improvements:
- High contrast keyboard focus indicator
- Alt-text capability for campaign logos
|
Coming soon
We're continuing to work on combining department and public body content types, so that public bodies will be easier and more flexible to use.
We’re also improving a handful of accessibility issues, and translation editing.

DID YOU KNOW?
Today's publishing tip
|
Using addresses for City Hall hearing rooms
If you're publishing a meeting that takes place in a City Hall hearing room, we've got a tip for you!
You can use or create an address entity with the Location name "City Hall, Room XXX" with the department, division/organization, and addressee lines blank. That way, you don't have to make separate addresses for your public body, and others can use the address too!
We already have addresses for rooms 201, 408, and 416 to get you started.
