Off-campus behavior has on-campus consequences
| |
Student misconduct off campus can have consequences on campus. The Dean of Students Office will evaluate alleged behavior in accordance with Chapter 17 (the nonacademic misconduct process applying to student behavior occurring off-campus), which could include dangerous conduct, serious and repeated violations of municipal law (ie: multiple noise citations), etc., and will determine the appropriate intervention and progressive discipline, depending upon any previous complaints and/or prior disciplinary history.
If misconduct continues after warnings, and/or the behavior is egregious, students could face suspension or expulsion from all UW System schools.
