Summer Book Clubs Registration Open! |
The CTE is hosting 4 book clubs this summer! We supply the books and facilitate the discussions. Join your colleagues remotely and engage in dialogue around teaching and learning topics. Each book club is limited to 12 participants. Registration is limited to 2 book clubs per person.

Lilly Conference Proposal Submission Is Open! |
Proposal submissions to present your teacher-scholar work are now being accepted for the 43rd Original Lilly Conference on College Teaching! The Conference will take place November 21-23, 2024, at Armstrong Student Center on the Oxford campus. Be part of a community of teacher-scholars from Miami and across the nation who share a passion for improving college teaching and student learning through evidence-based practices. The proposal submission deadline is Monday, June 17, 2024.

M.I.A.M.I. WOMEN Giving Circle |
We received $10,000 for a grant titled X-Teach: Excellent Teaching in Large Classes. The monies will support a Faculty Learning Community on teaching large classes during the 2025-26 academic year. Way to go, Ellen Yezierski, CTE Director, for writing the grant and presenting at Hawk Tank!
