The Task Force met Thursday, March 11 and Tuesday, March 16, and is meeting again next Tuesday, March 23. For details on the committee composition and to see a letter from a current parent serving on the task force, please click here.
Among other topics, next Tuesday’s meeting will discuss the results of a parent survey found here. Please complete the survey by noon on Monday, March 22, to ensure your comments are included in the results discussed at Tuesday’s meeting. Thank you.
As you know, Governor Pritzker announced yesterday that sixteen-year-olds and above will be eligible for Covid-19 vaccinations on April 12 and a “Bridge to Phase 5” has been defined to further expand capacity limits for indoor and outdoor activities as certain statewide metrics are met. This news will be taken into full consideration. As with Fenwick’s reopening plan for this school year and other events throughout the year, all plans for indoor or outdoor group activities on the property must be approved by the Village of Oak Park before implemented.
