Participate in the fifth annual Go Dons Get Fit Challenge presented by GoUSF and HPS. It's fully remote and ready for you to get started on Oct. 1.
The Go Dons Get Fit challenge is held every year throughout the month of October. In this challenge, faculty and staff compete with students to determine who is the most active. At the end of the month, all minutes are accumulated and the winner receives bragging rights, a shoutout on social media, and the Cartwright Cup, named after Bill Cartwright.
As part of the overall challenge, we are excited to get on the virtual race bandwagon and present the Dons Spirit 100. To encourage more movement throughout the month, we are challenging everyone to complete 100 miles of running, walking, hiking, swimming, or biking during the month of October in our Dons Spirit 100-Mile Challenge. That’s about three miles per day – you can do it! On the honor system, after 100 miles is completed, faculty/staff email Suzy or students email Jenny Lee.

Sept. 1–30
Studies have long shown the mutual benefits of volunteering for both the person donating their time and the community served. Additionally, volunteering is easier than ever thanks to volunteering apps, social media, and other online resources. But in this digital age, we are actually volunteering less as our time seems to be more consumed by other priorities. This September, GoUSF invites you to “be the change you wish to see in the world” by helping others!
In this community wellness challenge, check-in each time that you volunteer, indicate the number of minutes you volunteer, and share your good deed in the comments box.

Saturdays | 9–11 a.m. | Upper Koret Parking Lot
USF’s Star Route Farms is at peak production right now with the freshest local, organic produce. With the ongoing health crisis preventing restaurants from purchasing Star Route Farms’ produce, the farm and USF are making the bounty available to our USF community.
Order a box of produce each week for pick up on Saturdays in the Koret Health and Recreation Center upper parking lot. Each box costs $30 and is filled with the freshest produce picked that week. Contents of the boxes change from week to week, based on the produce available at harvest. Orders must be submitted by 9 a.m. on Friday.
