Section 5.1- Readiness to Proceed: Scoring with No Impact on Maximum Points

Typographical errors were identified in Section 5.1C- Preservation (Acquisition/ Rehabilitation Projects). Specifically, two categories were mistakenly listed with 5 points instead of the correct 10 points: 

        1) Quality Capital Needs Assessment with a clearly defined Scope of Work.

        2) Relocation Plan prioritizes tenants.

The changes are now reflected in the 2025 4% Second Amended QAP.

The 2025 4% Application is available now: 4% Online Application. This correction will be implemented in the 4% application in mid-July 2025.
