Adults can try something new, too! September brings exciting Health & Well-being offerings like Ski Training Prep, designed to build strength, balance, endurance and mobility for the slopes — plus Women on Weights, Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra.
There's something for every age and every interest. Explore September programs and find your next favorite at the Y! 🍂⬇️

The Y is more than a place to work out. It's a place where generations connect, grow stronger and make memories together. Alex Garcia recently became an Aqua Fitness instructor at the Southwest Family YMCA, and one of his biggest fans is his grandmother, who joins him in the pool. 💙
From Aqua Fitness to swim lessons for all ages, the Y creates opportunities for families to stay active, build connections and grow together.

Build Your Voice. Shape Your Future. |
Give your middle or high school student the opportunity to experience government in action through the YMCA’s Youth in Government program. This 3-month leadership experience puts students in real-world roles as legislators, judges, lobbyists and journalists while helping them build skills in public speaking, writing, debate and critical thinking. Students gain confidence, explore careers in law, government and beyond, and learn how their voices can make a difference in their communities. Get involved and start building the leadership skills of tomorrow!
