Wander the Wetlands Work Party - meet at the "PEP"
Sat. March 25, 9 - 11 AM
This will be the last work party during construction of the new Kendall-Frost Field Station and Community Learning Center. Meet at the "PEP" (the Preserve Extension Parcel, the flat area east of the trailer and the site of Love Your Wetlands Day.) You will be working on removing invasive ice plant where it is encroaching on the native pickleweed. The pickleweed in the high marsh is a critical habitat as it is beloved by the endangered Belding's savannah sparrows. Please email nrs@ucsd.edu if you would like to join.
