Committee Openings: Community Planning, Open Space and Covenant Control

Ken-Caryl is looking for volunteers for three committees. The Community Planning Committee develops and monitors implementation of the long-range Community Master Plan, which includes the bond-financed project concepts recently approved. The Open Space Committee is an advisory committee to the Master Association Board and makes recommendations to the Board on open space related policies and projects. The Covenant Control Committee upholds the governing documents of the Master Association and ensures enforcement in a fair and timely manner. You can find out more about these committees as well as download an application on our Committees page.

Vandalism on Tennis Courts

Someone decided to cut holes in the windscreen on one of the Ranch House tennis courts. Vandalism like this costs the entire community money. If you have any information on this crime, please contact Darrell Windes at darrellw@kcranch.org or 303-979-1876, ext. 114.

Updated Trail Map

An updated Trail Map has been added to the website. Ken-Caryl Ranch has more than 25 miles of private trails for residents to enjoy. As a reminder, you can get a Trail ID Bracelet at the Ranch House Recreation Office or Community Center. If you are wearing the bracelet while using the trails and a Park Ranger or Volunteer Patroller approaches, he/she will recognize the highly visible ID bracelet and, as long as you are obeying all of the posted rules, you will not be stopped.
