UO EVENTS
  • It’s a Pokémon-themed party at Japan Night this year! On Sunday, April 6, at 6:00 p.m., come by for performances, games, prizes, and food in the EMU Ballroom. Tickets are $5 for UO students and $7 for non-UO students.
  • Join the Planning, Public Policy and Management (PPPM) Professional Development Fair to find out about internships, careers, and other opportunities on Monday, April 7, 1:00–5:00 p.m. in the Crater Lake Rooms (145/146 EMU). Pizza provided.
  • Support students and build your résumé as a board member for the Duck Store. Attend the Duck Store Annual Meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, April 16, at 2:00 p.m.
  • Purchase your Grad Package during Grad Fair­­—Monday, April 7, through Wednesday, April 9—at the Flagship Campus Duck Store (895 East 13th Avenue) and get a $50 or $100 Duck Store gift card.
  • Attend the dinner, panel discussion, and Q&A "Disability and Palestine with Imani Barbarin" (@crutches_and_spice) on Tuesday, April 8, 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the EMU Ballroom. Masks are strongly encouraged and will be provided at the door. RSVP beforehand.
  • Learn all about studying abroad during the GEO workshop series, beginning with Budgeting for Study Abroad on Wednesday, April 9, 1:00–2:00 p.m. in 201 Condon Hall.

Spring Career Readiness Week is around the corner! Take advantage of tons of opportunities to network and build your confidence to accomplish your career goals.
  • Did you know you can list your relevant coursework and academic projects on your résumé if you don't have work experience? Get more tips while enjoying free hot chocolate and cookies at the Résumé Extravaganza on Wednesday, April 9, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. in Tykeson Hall Commons.
  • Visit the Spring Career and Internship Expo to talk to more than seventy employers and discover new opportunities on Thursday, April 17, noon–4:00 p.m. in the EMU Ballroom.

SAAM EVENTS
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). The Sexual Violence Prevention and Education team collaborated with campus and community partners to create a month full of educational and interactive events.
  • Dance at the Silent Disco and discover resources supporting survivors and preventing violence. The Silent Disco is tonight, 5:00–7:00 in the Crater Lake Rooms (145/146 EMU).
  • Exercise your voice through poetry at Poems for Strength on Tuesday, April 8, 5:00–7:00 p.m. in the Crater Lake Room North (146 EMU). Pizza provided.

  • The last day to process a complete withdrawal for a 90 percent tuition refund and no “W” recorded is Saturday, April 5, by 11:59 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 6, by 11:59 p.m. is the due date to process a complete withdrawal for a 90 percent tuition refund and a “W” recorded. It’s also the last day to drop classes for 100 percent tuition refund and a “W” recorded. See the academic dates and deadlines calendar.
  • Monday, April 7, by 11:59 p.m. is the last day to add a class using DuckWeb. After Monday, a petition will be needed. Also, It’s the last day to submit a completed audit or senior audit registration
