Small Business: What $'s Are Available for Your Business?

The state and federal government recently passed legislation that may provide some much needed dollars to your small business. So what do you need to do? Here's a brief breakdown:

-The state is sending each county a pot of money. For Steele County this is around $700,000. The county can determine how to best get these dollars into the hands of impacted small businesses. These grants will be open to all businesses that qualify and there will be a simple application process. We expect more details in the next week. READ FULL POST

Save the Date for the 2021 Annual Meeting to be held virtually on January 29th @ 6:30 pm. The committee has been working hard share the experience in a unique and different way! A package will be arriving at your business with a special invite and gift in the few weeks!

Fareway Supports Local Through Donation

Thank you to Fareway Meat & Grocery for their donation of $1,000 in Fareway gift cards to the Chamber to distribute in the business community. 20 local restaurants, breweries, bars, fitness and entertainment establishments will be receiving a $50 gift card in the coming week.
