Dear Authorized Payer,
We are writing to inform you that we will be migrating our current home-grown TritonPay application to a third-party vended solution. Since we are not able to import your authorized payer data into the new system, your student will need to re-add you as a payer on their account.
Note: This also applies if you recently created an account for an incoming student starting this Summer/Fall.
We are targeting a launch date of the new TritonPay for August 2023. To give your student enough time to update their account, we are releasing a limited version of the new TritonPay now.
With this limited version, students can invite payers to access their billing account. Your student has been recently contacted to take this action. If you have not received an invitation to create a password, please remind your student to follow the instructions outlined here. This is an important step in order for you to pay your student's bill online in the new system.
Once you log into the new TritonPay, you can save payment methods and opt in to receive SMS notifications.
If enrolling in SMS with T-Mobile, you may experience challenges receiving the confirmation code. We expect to resolve this for the full TritonPay release this fall.
Please note until the new TritonPay launches in August, you will continue to view and pay your bill in the older version of TritonPay using your previous login and password. Once the new system launches, we’ll send you an email to let you know!
