Thank You for Your Patience with Our Transition to the new TritonPay

For those that experienced the transition from the old to new TritonPay, we appreciate your patience during this period. This system change was necessary to keep up with changing payment technologies expected in a modern solution that our previous home-grown application could no longer support. We are committed to continuously improving TritonPay and providing you with the best possible experience. Your feedback is a welcome and invaluable component of this improvement.

Previous e-bills statements from July 2022 – July 2023 are now available within the new TritonPay. You can easily access and download past billing statements. To access historical e-bills, click on Statements from the Overview page of TritonPay. Historical e-bills will appear with the description “UCSD Statement Historical Bill Import – Original e-bill due date”. The current site to view historical e-bills will be unavailable beginning March 1, 2024.

In our commitment to providing you with diverse and convenient payment options, TritonPay now supports Apple Pay. This addition allows you to quickly make payments on TritonPay using your Apple devices. Please note that transactions made using Apple Pay will incur a 2.75% transaction fee.

TritonPay offers electronic 529 payments for select providers that have agreed to be part of the Ascensus financial network. To check if your 529 plan provider is included, refer to the full list here. If your provider is not listed, you will need to work with your 529 plan administrator for alternative electronic options or have them mail a paper check to the UC San Diego Cashier’s Office.

Students and payers will need to re-enroll in TRIP every quarter if interested in staying on the payment plan. Enrollment in TRIP does not automatically renew each quarter.
|
This option is only available for Grad/Family rent charges and monthly TRIP installment payments. It is not available for paying tuition and registration fees that are not enrolled in the quarterly TRIP installment plan. Please make note of when auto pay is scheduled to pay out for your records.

Auto Pay is not auto-enrollment for future TRIP quarters. Students and payers will need to enroll in TRIP each quarter

UC San Diego currently partners with three different international payment vendors to assist with your bill payment. Learn more about your options.

Be on the lookout for your student's 1098-T tax forms, set to be delivered in early February. If your student e-consented to electronic delivery, our office will contact them when it's ready for viewing and downloading. Otherwise, the 1098-T will be sent to the current address on file with the university.

eBills are generated every month. Save this link for future due dates! Check your account regularly for new charges or credit balances.
|
Some payers may have seen this message when trying to pay their balance this past quarter. We understand this caused a major inconvenience for you and SFS is actively working with IT to reduce the server time-out error. If this error occurs, please follow these instructions.

We are excited to announce that SFS will be offering summer payment plans for the first time! Stay tuned for more information in May 2024.
