The Olmstead Implementation Office, a statewide Minnesota office that works on the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community, has published a survey for public input. The feedback received from this survey will help inform Minnesota’s next Olmstead Plan.
The survey is open to anyone. The primary audience is people with disabilities of any age, including people with physical, sensory, intellectual, developmental, mental illness, addiction, or other disabilities.
Families, friends, professionals, and advocates may take the survey.
Anyone who has an interest in the future of inclusion, choice and integration for Minnesotans with disabilities may take the survey.
