The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is pleased to announce that Rebecca Stout has joined the team as our new Homelessness Programs Manager. In this role, she will serve as the primary point of contact for our homelessness service partners and oversee program administration.

Rebecca holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts, bachelor’s degrees in psychology and human services, and a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School. She has dedicated much of her career to public service and looks forward to supporting you in the invaluable work you do for Iowans each day.
