Student AffairsCenter for Student Support and Care came at good time
Students learned over spring break that due to the pandemic they couldn't come back to campus. It was disruptive news to any student, maybe more so for those served by the Sara Bea Center for Student Accessibility Services and care and wellness consultants. ResearchCampus partners vital for continuing research, scholarship
Like many conferences, a National Science Foundation-sponsored ecological forecasting workshop in Boulder, Colorado, was canceled due to the coronavirus. So Jason McLachlan, associate professor of biological sciences, and others partnered with the Office of Information Technologies and the Navari Family Center for Digital Scholarship to make it virtual. Financial HardshipEmployee Compassion Fund
The Employee Compassion Fund, funded by Notre Dame faculty and staff as part of the annual United Way campaign, is designed to assist colleagues facing temporary financial difficulties. The grants either permanently resolve the hardship or provide a bridge to a permanent solution. More information is available at unitedway.nd.edu/compassion-fund.
