Please check-in at the welcome table to receive your tickets. Calling all RVR owners! We need your help in shaping the future of River Valley Ranch.
The RVR Master Association Board of Directors has appointed an Ad Hoc Long Range Planning Committee to develop and propose a long range plan for the RVR community. The Committee will look to consider facilities and programs that are most important to residents as RVR matures to full buildout. The plan will be designed to:

·  Maintain the desirability and attractiveness of the RVR community;
·  Enhance the quality of life and culture within RVR; and,
·  Protect RVR property values

Community Representatives on the Committee include John Lund (Chair and RVR Board Member), Bill Brown, Leslie Marcus, Michael Banbury and Nina Price.

Please look for future communication from the Planning Committee with information on upcoming opportunities to engage on this important topic via surveys, online meetings, virtual interviews, and more. The Committee wants and needs to hear your ideas!

“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.”
― Yogi Berra, former New York Yankees catcher

Golf Operations on Agenda for Jan. 27 Board Meeting
At the Jan. 27 monthly Board meeting, homeowners will have an opportunity to hear from RVR golf course operators Red Cunningham and Julie Warren. Red and Julie will share their thoughts about the 2020 season, as well as looking ahead to future golf seasons at RVR. If you have questions for Red and Julie that you’d like addressed at the Board meeting, please send questions in prior to the meeting, to: boardofdirectors@rvrcommunity.com.

You may also ask golf questions during the public comment period at the Board meeting. Those questions will be answered during Red and Julie’s presentation. A reminder: Red and Julie operate the golf course, under contract with the golf course owner. They are responsible for operation and maintenance of the golf course. Issues related to ownership — such as the owner’s desire to rezone and develop the driving range — are separate from Red and Julie’s operation of the course.
