To support your transition to campus, we've created a "TU Do" list of important tasks to complete throughout the summer. We highly encourage you to review the checklist at the start of each month for a reminder of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
|
Below are just a few of the checklist items to complete in August:
|
-
August 15: Health Insurance Action Deadline - This is the deadline for domestic students to either enroll in or opt out of the Tulane-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan (T-SHIP). If you do not take action by this date, you will be automatically enrolled in T-SHIP, and the non-refundable premium will be charged to your account. No action is required for newly enrolled international students, as you will be automatically enrolled in T-SHIP.
- August 18: Completion Deadline for Required Wellness Courses - Before the first day of classes, August 18, you will need to have completed the five required online wellness courses that were introduced in July.
- August 22: The last day to change your dining plan without being charged a fee. After the deadline, you can make changes until August 29, but with change fees added.
-
August 29: This is the last day to opt out of the NTC Undergrad Bundle with the Tulane bookstore.
