Dr. Patricia A. Pellikka, is a cardiologist, echocardiographer and Chair of Mayo Clinic’s Division of Cardiovascular Ultrasound in Rochester, Minnesota. Her clinical focus includes: carcinoid heart disease, valvular heart disease, chromic ischemic heart disease, and applying echocardiographic imaging to evaluate disease and improve outcomes. Active in research and education, she has mentored over 100 residents and fellows. She studies the application of echocardiography and stress testing to accurately detect cardiovascular disease and improve patient outcomes.
