MY PLATE CELEBRATES 12 YEARS
It's never too early or too late to eat healthier with MyPlate. It's MyPlate's birthday and everyone can join by celebrating their age and their life stage with us! A healthy eating routine is important at every stage of life and can have positive effects that add up over time.
Celebrate your age and life stage with MyPlate by eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy or fortified soy alternatives. When deciding what to eat or drink, choose options that are full of nutrients. Make every year and every bite count!
Follow along each week as we focus on a new stage:
Week 1: Pregnancy and Lactation
Week 2: Infants and Toddlers
Week 3: Kids and Teens
Week 4: Adults
Week 5: Older Adults
