Caregiver of the Month for January: Maria G

We are excited to recognize Maria G as our Caregiver of the Month for January! Maria’s dedication to providing exceptional care to the elderly truly stands out. She has a deep compassion and empathy for our clients, treating them with respect and ensuring they live their lives with peace and dignity. For Maria, caregiving isn’t just a job—it’s her mission in life. Her passion for her work is evident, and she consistently goes above and beyond to deliver the best care possible.
Maria is not only appreciated by her clients but also by her colleagues. She loves the supportive and friendly atmosphere at COHC, and we are fortunate to have someone like her on our team. When she’s not making a difference in the lives of others, Maria enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors in nature, going for walks, riding her bike, and reading a good book.
We are grateful for Maria’s unwavering commitment to our clients and her positive energy.
Congratulations, Maria, and thank you for everything you do!

Kind Words

I would highly recommend Comforts of Home-Care to everyone. It was with their support and care that my aunt was able to stay in her apartment for almost two years longer. They went above and beyond expectations. The workers (Melonie and Luciana) always put in extra effort to make my aunt happy and comfortable. They treated her like part of their family. My aunt’s dementia was getting worse, and her anxiety levels were too. After a short period of time, they knew exactly what my aunt needed even when she was confused and lost for words! When I needed to reschedule or cancel, I spoke with Leonora (Leo) who was more than happy to help. Always asking if there was anything else the service could do for us and always having the time to listen. Leo truly knew and understood our needs and was always telling me to take care of myself! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It was with heart felt sadness, I had to cancel my aunt’s service with Comforts of Home-Care due to my aunt’s passing. Not only did I lose my aunt, but I lost my extended family at Comforts of Home-Care!
