We had a great first half of February and look forward to more fun ahead including the Parent/Teacher spring social’s inaugural year of “Rock the House”! Do you want to be a bulldog boss like this guy above?! We are looking for next year's PTO crew and not to be bias, but it's an amazing way to get involved, connected and in the know. Interested in getting more involved? We need your help!
We'd like to invite anyone interested in getting more involved to one of our two upcoming information Meet and Greets! There are many roles for the 2024-25 school year available both big and small. Volunteers are what truly make a difference in orchestrating additional events and programs at WB. This is an informal meeting, you are welcome to drop in anytime during the time frames listed below to chat about opportunities.

Friday, March 22nd from 8-9AM for coffee right after drop off in the library

Thursday, March 21st from 5-6PM in the library

Read Me Week!
March 4th-8th is Read Me Week and we sure LOVE to celebrate our love of reading at WB! Get ready for dress up days, prizes to be earned, guest readers, and literacy night! Check out the flyer below for alll the details!

Literacy Night
Grab the family and join us for a fun night of reading through the decades on March 7th from 5-7pm! Pizza will again be provided for families to enjoy in the cafeteria. In addition, Kona Ice will be at Literacy night for families to purchase if they'd like. The truck will be parked outside the cafeteria, please enjoy the Kona Ice outside only and do not bring them in the building. Flyer below with more details.

We’d love to invite families to participate in this years’ earth day spring spruce-up! Stay tuned for further details and date TBD mid-April. We would love to give our school some extra love around Earth Day and hope you will join us! Dough Bird is giving 30% of sales back to WB on Monday, February 26th between 5-9pm. Dine in OR takeout! Mention WB to your server or please call in take out orders as they cannot be tracked online to ensure your order is attributed to us!

WB is in need of long pants for boys and girls sizes 4, 5, 6, & 7. ONLY long pants, no shirts or dresses please. You can drop off the donated clothing to the front office, there is a Unicycle donation bin in the front vestibule.

Spring Social/Fundraiser
Please join us for this year's re-imagined Parent/Teacher Social and Fundraiser - the inaugural year of Rock the House! The event will feature a band made up of WB parents who will be backing our very own WB teacher's/staff. Book your sitters (don't forget Wyndy gives $5 back to PTO for every completed babysitting job - code WBPTO) and get ready for a fun night in support of WB. All tickets include light bites, drinks and of course one of a kind entertainment - we can't wait to see you there!

Reminder: Wyndy babysitting app giving $5 from each job to WB!
Need a babysitter? Consider booking one with the app, Wyndy! Wyndy is an app where you can find, book and pay background checked, college student babysitters. It's easy to use and a reliable way to get great sitters (I know from personal experience! Highly recommend!). Best part about it, is they are giving $5 for every job back to WB! When it asks for a school code, just type in WBPTO.

Reminder: Updated Stock the Lounge Requesets
Each grade level has a turn to stock the lounge, but in between, we still need help! Recently, a request box was put in the lounge for what the teachers love to see. Let's keep fueling our teachers with their favorites!
