WINTER BREAK DATES

It's almost break time! It's so hard to believe that the semester is almost over! Students will dismiss this Friday, December 19th at 11:30 am after a half-day. Students will not report to school December 20 - January 5th. The first day of the Spring 2026 semester will be Tuesday, January 6. We hope all families, students, teachers, staff, and admin will have a wonderful break and can't wait to see everyone back in January for a fresh start to a new semester.

2026-2027 METRO SCHOOL CALENDAR

The 2026-2027 School Year calendar is available from Metro! You can view it in printable PDF form in English by CLICKING HERE, or you can view the general Metro School calendar page HERE. The additional language PDFs aren't yet available, but the entire website can be translated into a variety of langages and the calendar is available in other formats there as well. Mark your calendars, get out your day-planners and book those vacations, extra childcare and time-off days from work!

SPRING 2026 CLUBS SNEAK PEEK

Club Signups officially begin FRIDAY, JANUARY 2ND We've got all the important details you need to know get get your kiddo enrolled in their after-school-fun of choice. There are so many great options that we created a whole page dedicated to what's going on so you can keep track. Each club has different costs, registration processes, etc. so be sure to check each poster and make sure you know what to do.

Club registration runs January 2nd - January 25th and all clubs begin the week of January 26th.

**Please note after-school clubs are not run by or affiliated with the PTO or Waverly Belmont Elementary School itself. We share the information about them here and on our website as a courtesy to families, but if you have any club-related questions, please direct them to the organizer of that specific club.
