We require a 30-day notice for any class cancellation.
For any classes purchased in advance that have not been used after the 30-day cancellation, any remaining refund will be given as a credit to the account on file with us. This credit can be applied to any purchase from the gym including merchandise, gift certificates, and birthday parties.
We recommend our installment plan to make monthly payments toward classes if your future is uncertain. Paying a lump sum in advance for a season of classes allows you to purchase classes at a discounted rate because you are paying upfront and committing to a full season. The commitment is the criteria of the discount, so if you cannot fulfill that commitment, instead of a refund, we will provide that value of the refund as a credit that can be spent at the gym on other products and services.
In the case that the gym is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances, any missed classes from the closure will be added back to the family account as a monetary credit for the value of the missed classes. Refunds will not be given in the case of an unforeseen closure due to circumstances beyond our control.
Birthday Deposit Policy
Birthday Party deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to have your party, you may reschedule your party one time and we require at least 3 days' notice prior to your original party date to reschedule to another day. If your party has to be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule your party for another time without the 3-day notice requirement.
Drop-in Class Policy
We do offer a drop-in option for classes with the following requirements:
1. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to ensure there is capacity in the class for your drop-in.
2. To do drop-in classes, a card on file is required on your account.
3. Once your drop-in class has been confirmed, we will charge your card on file.
4. Drop-in classes are $20 per class.
