The County Officials Association of Tennessee and the Tennessee County Services Association are once again teaming up for our annual County Government Day on the Hill, February 16-17, 2016. Specific details are still being ironed out because the 2016 conference involves a different hotel venue and we are trying to arrange for a breakfast or lunch in downtown Nashville, close to the Capitol. Until those details are finalized, you should plan for activities to begin about 12 noon Tuesday, Feb. 16, and end about 12 noon Wednesday, Feb. 17.
Hotel rooms are available at the special conference rate of $145 per night at the Nashville Airport Marriott. Book your group rate for TN Counties 2016 Government Day by clicking here. The County Highway Departments across the state are divided into four regions. Each region is holding a meeting in the month of December. For a listing of dates, times, and locations, please see the table below.
There are several upcoming training classes offered by CTAS around the state. Below is a schedule of the classes offered and their locations. All classes are from 8:30am - 12:30pm local time. Contact the CTAS Training Department to register for these classes.
